These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Motion Quiz (“the app”), a camera-gesture quiz game with optional Solana score recording and Photo Moment NFT features. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The app
Motion Quiz is a quiz and game experience where you answer by moving or pointing left or right using your device camera. Gameplay, scores, and optional blockchain features are provided for entertainment and learning.
Camera permission
The app may request camera access to detect gestures during gameplay and to capture Photo Moments. You can decline camera permission, but gesture gameplay and Photo Moments will not work without it.
Your wallet and transactions
You are responsible for your own wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and any transactions you approve. The app connects to your wallet for signing; it never asks for or stores private keys.
Optional on-chain actions such as score recording and NFT minting require your explicit approval in your wallet and may require SOL for network fees. You choose whether to use these features.
Blockchain
Transactions on Solana are public and generally irreversible. The app does not custody your funds and does not guarantee transaction success, timing, or network availability.
Photo Moment NFTs
Photo Moment NFTs are optional gameplay collectibles tied to moments you select in the app. They are not investment products, securities, or promises of financial return. Do not treat them as financial advice or a store of value.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, exploit, spam, or cheat the app or leaderboard
- Submit harmful, illegal, or misleading content (including NFT metadata or uploaded images)
- Attempt to disrupt the app, its backends, or other users
- Misrepresent scores, wallet ownership, or on-chain activity
Availability
The app is provided as-is. Features, topics, clusters, NFT minting, and availability may change, pause, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how data is handled. Using the app also means you have read that policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above will change when material updates are published. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
